Julian founded NetStable, LLC with a vision to deliver enterprise-grade cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions with the agility and personalized service of a small business. With more than twenty-five years of hands-on experience spanning enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, virtualization, hybrid cloud, and federal systems engineering, Julian brings deep technical expertise to every engagement.
His background includes extensive work across healthcare, financial services, and federal environments, where he has designed and implemented secure, compliant, and mission-ready solutions. Julian's expertise spans VMware, Nutanix, Palo Alto Networks, PKI engineering, Zero Trust architecture, SIEM platforms, disaster recovery, and CMMC/NIST compliance frameworks.
As a service-disabled veteran, Julian understands the importance of reliability, discipline, and mission focus. He leads NetStable with a commitment to integrity, technical excellence, and delivering measurable value for commercial and federal clients.
